Power Naps can Prevent Burnout

.....If you’re working in a graveyard shift or suffering sleeping difficulties that of a call center agent, check out these tips and suggestions:

1. Relax, read a favorite book, listen to a soothing music or take a bath before you go to bed so you won’t have any trouble sleeping.

2. Since you are sleeping in the morning, place thick curtains in your room so that your room won’t be too bright as you sleep. If that’s not possible, it would be best to use sleep mask.

3. Take a power nap before you work to prevent burnout..........
