Want to live to age 100? Try a power nap.

According to Dr.Maoshing Ni, we all have the potential to live up to 100 years old. Power naps may be a solution, because it allows the body to slow down and rejuvenate. Read more about it in the article.

Ni asserts that nappers have a 30 percent lower risk for heart disease and stroke, so it pays to work in that nap whenever you can.
